Accurate Title Commitment or report via email usually within 48 – 72 hours. In the event of any delays you will receive communication from M.S. Title explaining the delay along with an E.T.A.
Enhanced Commitment with supporting documentation neatly arranged for easy client reference.
Soft copy revisions will be sent when revisions are made to the Commitment.
Closing
Scheduling is normally done through your real estate and/or mortgage Broker.
An email verification will be sent confirming the time and place of closing.

Preliminary documents at least 3 days prior to close. PLEASE NOTE – We generally do not receive documents from the Lender until the day prior to close our preliminary documents will not contain mortgage costs. Please refer to your mortgage Lender or Broker for those costs.
Updates and any changes prior to the scheduled closing.
A professional and courteous closer will explain the documents and assist you thru the closing.
Post Closing
Copies of your documents. We offer you a choice of options for this.
Copies of all documents signed at closing.
This requires a short wait period after the closing takes place.
An unsigned set given prior to close.

A closing booklet delivered within 2 weeks of closing.
A CD of your documents delivered within 2 weeks of closing.
Timely recording of your documents.
